What happens next

• We remove the address within ten business days, usually the same day.
• The address goes on a permanent suppression list, so it is never contacted again. That list is the only reason we retain the address at all.
• We do not ask why, we do not send a win-back message, and we do not pass the address to anyone else.
• Removal is free. You do not need an account or a password.

Want everything deleted instead?

If you would rather we erase your data entirely, say so in the same email and we will handle it as a request under Article 17 GDPR or Article 3 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act. One caveat worth knowing: if we delete every trace, we have no record telling us not to contact you again. Most people prefer the suppression list. Your call either way.
